Terms and Conditions

Registration Fees
Unless otherwise stated in the specific seminar microsite, registration fees cover all additional workbooks and materials supplied, seminar instruction, two morning and one afternoon coffee breaks and a three course buffet lunch.

Seminar fees may vary dependant on time of year due to variable venue costs.

Cancellation Policy
Any registration fee, less a £50 enrolment charge will be refunded upon written cancellation notice received up to fourteen calendar days before the seminar date.

Due to financial obligations incurred, no refund will be issued on cancellations received within seven days of a seminar date.

Thoughtbubble reserve the right to cancel a seminar completely should the venue become unavailable, attendance not meet minimum requirements (usually 80% of capacity) or seminar staff problems occur. In the unlikely event of a cancelled seminar Thoughtbubble will offer an alternative date and/or venue or a full refund on all registrations.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be sent to an event, but we would like advance notice of at least five days for any substitutions please.

In some seminars customised printing may be part of the materials supplied.

For such seminars we would require advanced notice of at least fifteen days to ensure correct details are sent to the printers.

Registrations may not be transferred to a future different Thoughtbubble Seminar. However, if there is another event date available for the same Seminar within 12 months, then registration may be transferred for an additional £50 enrolment charge per registrant.

All original content of every seminar and all materials supplied are copyrighted to Thoughtbubble Ltd (unless otherwise stated) and no content may be used outside of the event without the express written permission of Thoughtbubble¹s management team. No taping or other reproduction is permitted.
